RamenBox officially opens this Friday, April 24th.
And yes, before you ask — we are
not solving world hunger, fixing the economy, or ending traffic on the Harbour Bridge. We’re simply here to do something far more achievable:
Serve you hot, affordable, comforting ramen… fast.
From Tobacco Shop to Noodle Stop
Over the past few weeks, you’ve seen the transformation unfold:
- The old John’s Tobacco and News space? Gutted.
- The floors? Still judging us (we’re working on it).
- The trim? Let’s just say it’s… aspirational right now.
But somehow, between the dust, tools, and late-night “this seemed easier on paper” moments, something awesome came together.
A space that’s simple. Warm. A little scrappy. And very, very noodle-focused.
